Once camp is discovered train a national and get anti corruption and effective procurement. So dont rush the insurgents scout around and destroy the camp first. The camps at the start of insurgency are always adjacent to where the first attack is. The interpreter and human terrain will allow your soldiers to quickly scout areas for camps. You will have reps slowly scouting zones and a few uncovered. Once military is authorized buy a coalition and interpreters/human terrain system. You oughta have about 3 months with village elder before military is authorized. If you have village elder active drop money into development bank and main roads and/or highways before the insurgents appear. Let inflation drop and buy infrastructure and jobs discussions. When you start prioritize these: PR agency, district reps, Universal Justice (first get outreach office) and only 2 to 4 school initiatives as they roll out quickest (depending on governor and starting budget). You can find them by searching rebel inc and looking for iPICKmyBUTT. The newest ones are better even though they are Brutal mode you can pick up some tricks. I have videos on youtube if you are a visual learner. If insurgents have multiple zones or even a large population you can lose a lot of rep when signing. If you are hurting for rep choose the right.īe careful when the final peace treaty agreement comes up. If you have good reputation choose the middle choices as much as you can. If you get to the peace treaty part i select it when it is below 70% insurgents will reject. They will give you hints on what to do in the game. Try to pin the insurgents so they have no where to go and they will be destroyed. Place troop in lit up areas (the ones you have intel on) otherwise your troops will just sit there with an eyeball. I usually pump out a couple more coalitions to control the insurgents but only train 1 national at a time due to it slowing down the speed of departure. Use the drones to locate them and try to destroy the bases quickly. When insurgents first spawn there is a revel base near by. Try and push them away from high population areas like cities. Coalition troops are stronger at first so put them in the zones that have the insurgents. When the insurgents come out I train 1 national and 1 coalition. Start off by picking an area with roads so your troops can get easy access. There is more than one way to play the game but here is what I like to do. I also had a difficult time when i first started.
